Road warriors, your luggages aren't safe even with TSA-approved locks

"I'll be damned," was what I said when I watched this video. I will try this out on luggages at home.
For now, some tips that come to mind when traveling:
1. No valuables on checked-in bags. Always hand-carry tech gadgets, jewelry, credit cards and cash.
2. It may be useful to tape the zippers so that if it was tampered, you would have proof. But then again, lost stuff in these baggages are not a responsibility of the airport nor the carrier.
3. Extreme: put your luggage inside a bigger luggage!
