Hell's Kitchen
This heat is just ridiculous. It has gotten to the point of absurdness. Sometimes it would even reach a high 37 degrees in the middle of the day; the airconditioner has been turned on almost 18 hours daily (good luck on our electricity bill).
Suddenly, winter life has become attractive. Ridiculous.
6/01 Update
I tried cleaning the aircon's filter and somehow it helped. It's sad that in other parts of Cebu, particularly in the city, they are now experiencing rotating brownouts due to a power shortage. Of course, without power, water pumps won't work so there goes your shower.
Ok, I'll call it: We are now officially experiencing a Perfect Summer Storm.
